Sales Manager, Solutions Group

The role is a critical function within our organization. We are looking for an ambitious person who possesses the drive and determination to achieve individual and corporate goals while working in a team environment.
Demonstrated proficinecy in consultive sales techniques within a complex, capital equipment and software sales environment. Proven account management role a must. The ideal candidate will have; Medical Software Application sales(EMR/PACS), audio/visual equipment sales, or medical device sales and product knowledge.
A Bachelor’s degree is required.
Job Responsibility Overview:
Maximize Solution Sales in North America by:
• Prospecting
• Lead management
• Sales Cycle management
• Capture of customer/lead information
• Expansion of existing programs
• Customer Site visits
• Presentations, both over video conferencing and at customer sites
• RFP response creation
• Attend tradeshows
• Travel within North America required

Per Diem Telemedicine Training Faculty

AMD is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse to join our telemedicine training faculty. The telemedicine training nurse will be responsible for developing and implementing AMD’s telemedicine training courses. In this position you will provide education and training to AMD’s clients on the complete line of AMD’s telemedicine devices and solutions.
AMD training sessions are customized for each client’s needs and medical devices. Candidates would need to provide instruction in the many aspects of telemedicine patient encounters including:
- Clinical telemedicine services
- Telecommunications and infrastructure development/operations
- Patient evaluation
- Telemedicine Equipment demonstration
Candidates for this position must possess strong clinical assessment skills and a high level of professional accountability.
Qualifications:
In addition to strong clinical ability and experience, this position requires strong professional communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to build positive business relationships with all levels of medical/clinical personnel is required. Demonstrated problem resolution skills with ability to communicate effectively and influence desired outcomes required. Able to provide a consistently high level of customer service.
Education:
BS preferred from an accredited nursing school.
Experience:
Experience with supporting customers and patients in a courteous manner. Experience in coordinating and providing educational programs is also necessary.Experience with telemedicine is a plus.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and expertise with medical devices.
- Knowledge of or experience with video conferencing a plus.
- Excellent organizational, time management, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel desirable.
- Past telemedicine nursing experience a plus.
- Travel Required

IT Support Technician

A self-starter who is career minded and motivated to advance to senior level. The IT Technician will serve as an integral member of the Information Technology team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Build new PCs, Medical carts as per production documentation.
• QA newly build PCs and medical carts with devices and complete shipping checklists, document test results and equipment serials.
• Document and record all activity and communication with customers over telephone and email according to departmental standards of quality.
• Record all activity in the department's call logging system, monitoring open cases regularly in order that progress can be tracked with each customer's incident
• Test demo equipment, medical devices and help warehouse manager getting them shipped for trade shows, demos etc..
• Provides routine IT support for all employees including issues regarding printing, location of files, and resetting passwords.
• Assists in new and/or re-issued PC setup and staging, including OS and local applications, if necessary.
• Provides backup support for specialized functions in the IT area.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Knowledge of supporting Windows Operating Systems: Windows 7, XP, and SBS 2008
• Knowledge of supporting Microsoft Office 2007/2010 Applications Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
• Ability to troubleshoot various desktop applications and coordinate support with vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills, are required. The ability to be a team player is essential.
• Great Customer Service skills
• Ability to bend, stoop and lift as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• An associate's degree in computer science/engineering, microsoft certifications or equivalent work experience
• Experience with medical equipment and terminology a big plus
