All AMD Global Telemedicine products come with a standard warranty, effective for one year from date of invoice, covering parts and labor.

AMD Global Telemedicine has ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 management system certification, operates a FDA registered facility and follow standard good manufacturing practice guidelines. When you choose AMD, you have the comfort of quality products that are designed for long life and deliver consistent performance even in difficult and remote environments.

AMD medical devices are "AMD Certified". This means that each AMD device is subjected to a rigorous testing program to assure proper operation, the compatibility of all hardware and software when operating on a single PC, and compatibility with industry standards affecting data transmission , electronic data interchange and interoperability with industry standard software operating systems (e.g. Microsoft Windows and related applications). Almost all of our devices are self-calibrating and require minimal service over years of use.

AMD telemedicine systems meet or exceed, wherever possible, current national and international privacy, security and confidentiality standards. All AMD systems are United States' Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliant. AMD products are also compliant with European Community's EC 95/46 Directive and the US Veteran's Administration (VA) and TriCare standards wherever applicable.
