This is the 4th Regional Meeting of the Latin American and the Caribbean Chapter of the American Telemedicine and will cover 4 main topics: Rural Telemedicine, Telemedicine during Disasters, Telenursing-Nursing informatics and Telemedicine in prisons. There will also be an academic program for experts in the field; there will be opportunities to exchanges experiences in the area of Latin America. There will be social activities that will allow the exchange of ideas and experiences. There will also be space available for commercial exhibitions and business exchange.
