Director of Kentucky TeleCare at the University of Kentucky and Co-Project Manager, Kentucky TeleHealth Network

Rob has been the Director of Kentucky TeleCare, the telehealth program based at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center since September, 1996 and the co-project Manager of the statewide Kentucky TeleHealth Network since 2000. Active in state and federal telehealth policy initiatives, he is the past President of the Board of Directors for the Center for Telehealth and e-Health Law (CTeL) in Washington, DC, the preeminent organization in the field of telehealth and e-health legal and regulatory research and advocacy. Rob was responsible for state legislation that created the Kentucky TeleHealth Network, the statewide telehealth program that includes over 200 healthcare facilities and also mandated Medicaid and private insurance companies reimburse for telehealth encounters in Kentucky.

In the Telemedicine, Telehealth, Distance Medicine, and Distance Learning industries, Dr. Denison-Robert has been successful in multiple roles including Grant Writer, Grants Administrator, Program Coordinator, Distance Education Instructor, Project Manager, Trainer, Evaluator, and Director of Telemedicine/Telehealth. Throughout her career, she has successfully worked with numerous grant funding agencies as well as contracted to be a Federal Grant Reviewer.
